Proud of its history and excited about growth opportunities, the company will hire a Human Resources Generalist to support the full scope of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Health & Safety for its local team. The workplace culture has been established as collaborative, open-door, and employee-focused, therefore the Human Resources Generalist must "lead from in front" to maintain it. The Owners will want analytical insight into issues and events from the HR Generalist, self-initiated actions, and contributions to management team responsibilities while keeping all parties informed.
