We're seeking a fully experienced and talented Human Resources Generalist who can support the growing Ontario division of an international auto parts manufacturer with the full scope of plant Human Resources, Industrial Relations competencies. Our ideal candidate has an extensive background administering CBA's and participating in strategy development for negotiations. In addition, the HR Generalist must be an adept listener seeking root cause solutions to disagreements or issues that become precedent setting going forward. As the first point of contact for all hourly staff concerns, you'll continue to drive the organizations policies and procedures.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Human Resources Generalist with experience within unionized manufacturing environments, with a preference towards Automotive Manufacturing. You'll have a the natural affinity to lead, but also decipher the difference between Labour and Employee relations. You will possess the bigger picture understanding towards how Human Resources supports the organization.
