If you’re a people-person looking to advance your career in the exciting world of HR, this opportunity could be for you!  We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will perform outreach, both online and in person, to find the most qualified candidates. You then help them through the interview and onboarding processes. At FedEx Trade Networks we understand that our business thrives when our people thrive, and that starts by hiring the right HR professionals. This position qualifies for a hybrid remote work arrangement.

Objectives of this Role

  • Work with HR representatives and department heads to define unique requirements for vacancies
  • Utilize various outreach methods to create a talent pool
  • Utilize available systems and technology to improve the candidate experience
  • Help candidates apply and guide them through the interview process
  • Onboard the chosen applicant
  • Liaise with HR and management relative to onboarding and retention strategies
  • Development of a robust Internship program, focused on both external and internal talent/career pathing
  • Maintain a database of talent and resources

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent human resources experience including 2-3 years recruitment experience.
  • CHRP/CHRL candidates considered a plus
  • Must have strong networking skills, responsible for sourcing candidates at all levels of the organization.
  • Computer and social media proficiency, including hands-on experience with Workday processes and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written, including an impactful presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” approach to work
