The Sr HR Generalist – Special Projects will provide direct support in complex and highly confidential projects. This position will be responsible for project managing HR Operations activities including but not limited to, compensation framework, performance management and employee engagement surveys. This position will draft a wide variety of business documents for review and use by the HR leadership team including dashboards, reports and presentations.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Project manage HR Operations activities including but not limited to, compensation framework, performance management and employee engagement surveys
- Design project mandate, timelines, scorecards, templates, project plans including project budget, reporting and metrics to drive decision making
- Design stakeholder management and communication plan ensuring successful adoption of initiatives
- Assist with Board presentations and other leader presentations as needed including dashboards and reports
- Assist in contract review and execution and delivery of final documents to Legal/Finance
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Outstanding time-management and prioritization skills - excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through
- Well versed in methods, practices, procedures, and requirements for project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- Well versed in business terminology, principles and practices of HR communication, techniques, and methods
- Strong analysis skills, including the ability to read and interpret data and apply requirements in business matters
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—along with interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive deadlines and managing multiple projects
- The ability to learn quickly, use sound judgment and creatively problem-solve - proactively raise, recommend, and resolve issues
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Project Management Certification, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in HR related areas
- 5+ years of experience in corporate setting
