Executive Assistant/Human Resource Specialist

We are looking for an executive assistant/human resource specialist to help Pascal realize its mission to be a wealthtech leader.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing both the CEO and Founder’s phone calls and emails
  • Coordinating calendars
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Preparing reports and updating internal databases
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, presentations, reports
  • Organize and maintain the electronic filing system
  • Bookkeeping (entering bills, sending bills for approval, creating invoices, paying bills and preparing payroll)
  • Human Resources (maintain employee files, HR forms and templates, develop and update HR policies and programs as required)
  • General office administration
  • Assists with various projects as needed

 

Skills You Bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization, prioritization skills, ability to learn quickly
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Quickbooks Desktop, PandaDoc, Square, Less Annoying CRM
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional and courteous manner and produce high quality work while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks
  • Discretion and confidentiality

 

Experience:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, etc.
  • Wealth management industry or financial advisory administrative experience is preferred
  • CHRP designation
