Associate, Recruitment & Onboarding (2 Year Contract)

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, the Associate Recruitment & Onboarding is responsible for organizing the recruitment and selection function, coordinating the onboarding and orientation program and participation in various agency committees, and special project work as assigned

This position requires full cycle recruitment experience, working with ongoing staffing requirements and hiring priorities.  The incumbent will be required to work independently and manage multiple priorities within demanding time frames.  Attention to detail is a must, as is adherence to confidentiality.  Strong computer skills are required, with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working with human resources information systems (e.g. Ceridian Dayforce).  Strong understanding of applicable legislation governing the employment relationship is also essential.

This position requires a Bachelor of Arts degree in a related field and a certificate in human resources management (CHRM).  At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role is required. Proficiency in the French language is also considered an asset. 

The salary range is $63,553 - $80,583.  We also offer a flexible work environment and a long term contract benefit package.
