This role is a hybrid work from home role requiring some time in the office as well as time traveling to the US to support the client group. Home office location is Mississauga or Cambridge, ON.
Reporting to the Director Talent & Organizational Development, the Organizational Development & Learning Advisor, will be the newest member of our high-performing Talent team. This newly created role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and measurement of management development solutions for Superior Plus Propane (US Division).
If you’re currently an OD Advisor looking for a new challenge or if you are an HR Advisor with some OD experience who wants to branch out into management development and coaching then we’d love to talk with you.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Experience supporting management and operations in a US operation
- Ability to travel as required to the United States (20%) for face-to-face engagements
- Post-secondary education in Adult Education, HR Management or other relevant field
- 5 + years’ experience in an HR Advisor or talent development role
- Experience in developing and implementing development solutions
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Experience supporting M&A integrations an asset
- Certification in Psychometric assessments an asset
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional problem solving, conflict resolution and listening skills
- Strong time management skills
- Customer focused, with effective organizational skills to execute and deliver plans and commitments on time and on budget.
