Our People Experience department at Gore Mutual is looking for a Manager to join the team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with People Experience Partners, leaders, and employees to have a positive impact on work relationships, building morale, increasing employee commitment, engagement, productivity, and retention.   The Manager, Employee Experience is responsible for programs that enhance the employee experience during the moments that matter from onboarding to exit.

What will you do?

•    Develops, maintains, and continually evolves an employee experience vision and strategy with a focus on how we attract, retain, motivate, and engage throughout the employee lifecycle

•    Understands business needs for changes to existing programs or needs for new programs within the larger context of employee experience

•    Co-own with the COEs of the development and evolution of strategy, frameworks, programs, and tools for People Experience Function

•    Collaborate with COEs and PXPs to ensure a coherent orchestration of People Experience programs

•    Lead Employee experience Change and Communication initiatives in partnership with corresponding COEs

•    Be part of the People Operations team and collaborate with People Operation consultants on Employee services and Analytics initiatives

•    Own Surveys at moments that matter

•    Coach/Mentor/Support people operations team members

 

What will you need to succeed?

•    7+ years of experience in various employee experience programs including, but not limited to: Employee communication, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Onboarding & offboarding, Performance Management or Employee Value Proposition

•    Post secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent experience required

•    Able to build strong relationships, fostering trust and promoting collaboration with all levels

•    High degree of initiative, diplomacy, and discretion

•    Highly organized and detail-oriented

•    Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and work well under pressure

•    Strong analytical, organization and time management skills

•    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
