Hiring Advisor

We are looking for Hiring Advisors to join our Hiring Services team (HST) within NRC’s Human Resources Branch.

As a Hiring Advisor, you will be in a role that is impactful for NRC by being involved in direct input into the exceptional talent hired.You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering excellent client service and continuously striving to improve hiring practices. You will work closely with an assigned group of passionate clients providing the full cycle of hiring services. You will strive to understand their business, and will act as a strategic partner to advise and influence them on hiring including developing creative and flexible sourcing strategies. This talent in turn makes a difference to Canada. In the HST, candidate care is key: you will work in a team environment where there is constant collaboration and communication with clients and potential candidates both verbally and in writing.
