As a result of several internal promotions and growth, our People Partnership team within the Division of Equity, People and Culture is hiring 10 People Partners (permanent and contract positions).

 

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • a strategic and client focused HR professional an individual who is ambitious, inspiring, confident, friendly, warm and caring champion of HRM best practices with a focus on Service Excellence proven labour relations experience with a track record of success significant experience in developing workforce strategies and organizational plans strong leadership & advisory skills with demonstrated results promoter of health & safety and an overall employee well-being strategy.

 

 

What you will do:

 

You will be responsible for providing a wide range of strategic and operational HR generalist support to the non-academic functions within your assigned client portfolio. You will contribute and play a key role in the strategic planning process and will provide support by developing strategies to meet current and future University goals and people and operational requirements. In addition, as the single point of contact for the provision of HR related issues, you will provide professional advice and guidance in functional areas including talent acquisition and development, labour relations and employment advice and support, performance management, health and safety and workplace accommodations. Most importantly, you will also be a champion of the University’s priorities of equity diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and student success.
