Job Summary:
As an Advisor in Talent (Succession Planning, Performance Management), Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), and Culture, you will play a critical role in driving talent management initiatives that ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce, foster a positive organizational culture, and develop a robust succession planning framework. Reporting to the VP, Talent Management, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and values, promoting employee growth and organizational success.
What you will do:
Succession Planning:

Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive succession planning framework.

Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify key positions and potential successors through talent assessments.

Support the creation and maintenance of talent profiles and individual development plans within Workday for high-potential employees.
-
Assist in facilitating talent review sessions to assess readiness for critical roles and develop action plans.

Participate in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of succession planning efforts and recommend improvements.
Performance Management:
-
Support the ongoing enhancement and implementation of our performance management program.
-
Collaborate with HR partners to ensure clear performance metrics, goals, and evaluation criteria are in place for all roles.

Assist in providing guidance and support to Learning & Development with training to managers on performance management best practices.

Participate in conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.

Contribute to analyzing performance trends and identifying areas for improvement.
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI):
-
Support the Manager, EDI in executing on annual EDI initiatives.
-
Participate in developing and implementing strategies to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.

Collaborate with HR partners to integrate EDI principles into recruitment, hiring, and talent development processes.

Support the Learning & Development team with the design and delivery of training programs to increase awareness and understanding of EDI among employees.

Assist in monitoring and analyzing EDI metrics to track progress and identify areas for enhancement.

Participate in creating a culture of diversity and inclusivity that fosters belonging and respect.
Culture:
-
Assist in assessing and measuring the organization's current culture and identifying areas for improvement.

Support the development and execution of a culture strategy including culture-building initiatives, events, and programs.

Support the Manager, EDI in working with the employee resource groups and creating new employee resource groups, as needed, that promote a positive and inclusive culture.

Participate in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Contribute to initiatives that align with the company's values and contribute to a positive work environment.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and employees to understand their needs and challenges related to succession planning, performance management, EDI, and culture.

Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to talent management and organizational culture.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaborative efforts and achieve shared goals.

Assist in communicating progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What you bring:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
-
At least 5 years experience in one, and preferably more, of succession planning, performance management, EDI, or culture-related initiatives.

Passionate about fostering an inclusive and positive organizational culture.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using productivity tools, data analysis software, and collaboration platforms.
