This role is NEW for 2024 to the Bothwell-Accurate organization. We are excited to build a pool of local talent and to build and grow our Industry talent with a strategic T/A specialist.
This role will encompass all the regular aspects of a recruiting role… Working alongside hiring managers who are happy for your specialty.
Create job postings / a talent pool for both Ontario and BC operations. Hiring to build bench strength and growth Working on talent strategies and implementing them, KOI’s for Talent, days to fill, manager satisfaction after 30/60 days LMIA – working with legal and Generalist where needed
All other duties as assigned
