Reporting to the VP of People Experience, this role shapes strategy where technology meets operational efficiency. You’ll leverage data to craft compelling narratives and lead people analytics, driving impactful decision-making and performance. Oversee the development and management of HR systems and technology to elevate employee experience and streamline operations.

 

What will you do?

Lead the design and delivery of HR reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce metrics and trends. 

  • Manage the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, predict outcomes, and support business decisions.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making within the HR function and across the organization.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data through regular audits and validation processes.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology solutions. 

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance HR system functionalities and integration with other business systems.
  • Ensure PX meets all privacy and compliance requirements for Data
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.

PX Planning, reporting and storytelling 

  • Maintain PX annual calendar and budget
  • Create all PX enterprise, board and executive presentations 
  • Program management for PX enterprise initiatives (based on business need)

Ensure core employee services are meeting employees needs 

  • Accurate and timely payroll input
  • Responding to general employee questions (benefits, policies etc)
  • Effective and efficient onboarding and offboarding

Manage and develop a team of HR analytics and system professionals. 

  • Build a technical and highly engaged team

 

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of prior leadership experience
  • 5+ years of proven program and project management experience
  • Expert in PowerPoint, power BI and other cloud-based reporting tools
  • Experience presenting information to executives
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of functions, power query, pivot tables, and macros, to manage, analyze, and report data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Helpful to Have  

  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics

 

Location 

We’re a hybrid team that thrives on the energy and value of in-office collaboration. This role offers the best of both worlds, with 2 days a week spent in our vibrant offices in Cambridge and Toronto, with Cambridge being our primary hub. The expectation is 2 days a week in Cambridge with travel to Toronto and Waterloo as needed for meetings and events.
