We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator.
JEC is an auto-parts manufacturer based in beautiful Elora, Ontario just a short drive from Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Orangeville. We specialize in Metal Stamping and Robotic Welding. JEC is committed to using unique and specialized manufacturing techniques for the timely delivery of the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost.

As an HR Coordinator your role will involve managing multiple priorities simultaneously, including employee relations, onboarding processes, and administrative support across diverse departments and shift operations.
You'll be an integral part of a collaborative, team-focused culture that values performance, communication, working alongside a motivated team committed to achieving strategic HR objectives and focusing on team morale. This position demands strong interpersonal skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, offering an engaging and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The current working hours for this role are on-site Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day associate relations, Internal/External Customer Service
- Manage the Part Time and Student Programs Administration
- New Hire Onboarding and Corporate Training Facilitation
- Support HR Administration and Day to Day operations at Reception
- Leave Management and Return to Work Program
- Human Resources documentation maintenance/updates/filing
- Assist or lead Associate events/ HR Projects
- Workplace investigations
- Stay and Exit Interviews
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Completion of post secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
CHRP or CHRL designation (or working towards) is preferred
