The Manager of HR & Labour Relations is responsible for the formulation, implementation and administration of sound hr practices.
Responsibilities include plan, design, develop, implement and maintain the policiesin relation to recruitment and performance management.
The Lead Assessor will oversee candidate assessments for supervisory and managerial selection processes delivered on behalf of our clients.
The successful candidate will be a member of the HR team and report to the Director of Human Resources. .
